Newburgh Bathroom Has Serious Water Damage Problem
SERVPRO techs arrived at this Newburgh bathroom to find a large amount of water damage restoration needed. A toilet backup is one of the more serious types of restoration services that SERVPRO handles. The water contains a host of harmful elements and the techs wear personal protection equipment and treat the water with their professional EPA-registered biocides to ensure that the water can get extracted and disposed of safely. Upon scoping the bathroom, the techs found that the tile could remain in place as no seepage occurred. However, the walls wicked a small around and needed controlled demolition performed a few inches above the floor to stop any further entrance of the water.
