AC Leak in Commercial Building

This commercial building had an Air Conditioning leak on the roof of a 3 story building. The water came down from the 3rd floor to the 2nd then down into this office on the 1st floor. Luckily there was only a small damage on this floor. As you can see in the photo, this office had a small piece of sheetrock removed so that behind the wall could dry out completely. SERVPROs Construction division was able to access the loss quickly after our mitigation team left to put the office back together for the insured's tenants. All of this was able to happen within a 2 week time frame.
