Sky Light Leak Causing Mold

The homeowners ignored the sky light leak for months. They thought it was drying after every rain storm so they did not need to fix it. Once they started seeing black spots they decided they needed to call in a company to see they would be able to fix the leak. They called SERVPRO. We came out to inspect and realized the leak has been occurring for months and the mold is growing behind the sheetrock. The area was removed, cleaned and hepa vacuumed. The sky light was fixed by our construction manager and the homeowners were happy they do not have to deal with a leak anymore.
