Water Damage turns to Mold In Garage

Several homeowners do not realize that there are possible leaks happening throughout their home. This homeowner did not notice the pipe leak until water stains and mold started coming through the sheetrock in their garage. Homeowners called in the professionals, SERVPRO, to help remediate the mold and clean up the area down to the studs so they were able to rebuild their garage. Even though the homeowners did not choose SERVPRO to put the sheetrock back up, we made sure the area was spotless for the contractor that was going to come and do the rebuild.
