Mold Remediation after Water Leak in Ceiling

Water heater on second floor was leaking for an unknown amount of time. The homeowners started seeing black spots on the ceiling and started to investigate. The homeowner made the phone call to SERVPRO and we took care of her. SERVPRO called in the plumber to help fix the water heater that was leaking. We came in, put up containment and completed the mold remediation. The important aspect of our work is to contain the area that has mold so mold spores do not spread throughout the rest of the home.
