Water Pipe Break In Department Store

These pictures may not show much but there was water pipe break in a wall near this area. The water slowly leaked and spread across the floor. The department store did not notice the water until some customers let them know the carpet was squishy near the clothes rack. Multiple areas of this department store were affected by the pipe break because the break was in the middle of the department. At the end of the drying time, SERVPRO was brought back to complete the carpet cleaning. We were able to do the carpet cleaning after store hours so the store was able to stay open!
